We often receive questions from customers using Fuji GFX cameras experiencing tethering issues.
If you're facing similar problems, you're not alone — and we’re here to help!
From our experience, Fuji GFX cameras are unfortunately among the most challenging models when it comes to tethering.
Some units work flawlessly, others less so.
➡️ In most cases, the issue is not caused by the cable itself.
Especially if cables are brand new, the likelihood of a cable defect is extremely low.
Before going further, please check:
🔌 Test the cable with another cameras or computers.
If the cable works with other devices, it's very likely the issue lies with the camera or its settings.
🔄 Flip the cable.
This may sound simple, but sometimes the physical ports (either on the computer or the camera) can have contact issues.
The correct camera settings are critical for successful tethering.
We recommend checking all connection settings thoroughly.
